Use 4 teaspoons of mix per 1 lb. of ground beef. I also add 3/4 cup of water per pound of ground beef, bring it to a boil, and then let it simmer for 10 or 15 minutes.
2 tablespoons chili powder
5 teaspoons paprika
4 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Makes 24 servings
