Best. Salad. Ever. I haven't served this to anyone yet that didn't love it. Cheese and bacon. It's all you need to know.
1 head broccoli
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup mayo
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Splenda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl with tomatoes. Combine mayo, black pepper, Splenda, salt, and vinegar until well blended and pour over the broccoli. Add in bacon and cheese. Toss well and refrigerate for an hour.
Since my family began the LCHF lifestyle, I've tried a lot of recipes. Unfortunately, they are scattered all over the place - Pinterest, Facebook, email, screenshots, bookmarked, etc. It's beyond frustrating trying to remember where each recipe is located. This is a resource to compile our favorite recipes, snacks, and tips. I didn't create any of these recipes, but I might have tweaked them.
